My products

All of my products are individually handmade by me. Due to the nature of handmade items, each design may differ slightly due to the products used and the uniqueness of the materials.  

I love that stones and wood all have different shapes and sizes and that’s what make your purchase unique.

 

Delivery

The website shipping is currently set up to only New Zealand nationwide shipping. All items (unless otherwise advised) will be shipped within 7 days of ordering. If this cannot be achieved for any reason, I will contact you and advise when your order will be posted.

Each item sent is posted by courier so will have a tracking number. Please let me know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time and I will track this for you.

Care

At Two Birds One Stone I go to great lengths to ensure the best quality items. My products are best kept out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and also would not be suitable for damp areas (ie a bathroom).

 

Returns

Please choose carefully as I do not offer refunds for a change of mind, however if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of purchase to discuss.
